Preston then got on the phone and was able to answer my question, but declined to transfered me to someone in charge to out a complaint. Lately, anytime I call, they seem bothered to answer any questions. What's the purpose of calling an agent when they have an attitude and dismissing you. They ask you to put a good review but along the way, they can't help. I'll be moving on to another company/agent."
